Should you Sell Your Home, Now?
Dave Ramsey says, yes. Based on the limited amount of houses available it’s driving up the price in most markets. The National Association of Realtors® state that 46% of houses on the market, sell in less than 30 days. Depending on your equity in your home, it may be a good time to put that house on the market.
